The tour will continue with a visit to the historic village of Greve in Chianti where your guide will lead you to a multigenerational bottega and butcher shop. It is here you will experience a passionate preservation of Chianti food heritage through the flavors and aromas of the bottega’s gourmet organic food products. Sit, relax, and watch locals and travelers meandering through the village’s main piazza as you indulge in a glass of wine paired with an exquisite selection of pecorino cheese with traditional mostarda, balsamic vinegar, and salumi.
