Wine & Cheese Tour

This unforgettable wine and cheese experience will begin with your expert private driver picking you up from your accommodations to whisk you away into the Italian countryside you have always dreamed of. Enjoy a VIP tour of the grounds of one of Tuscany’s most impressive wineries, and witness what it is like to be stewards of this historic land and producers of the distinguished Nobile di Montepulciano wine that is a true expression of the terroir in which it is grown. Following your wine tour and tasting, your private driver will, once again, whisk you off to an organic farm and cheese producer. A paradise of Tuscan simplicity, this organic cheese farm produces pecorino (sheep) and goat cheese, unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. Located off the beaten path just outside the picturesque town of Pienza, along a 10th-century pilgrimage route, the area draws foodies and wine lovers looking to discover the best of Italian authenticity. While visiting the 65-hectare farm you will be in awe of the 600-year-old stone farmhouse backdropped by the breathtaking Val d’Orcia, the iconic Tuscan valley that is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This tour will take you on a peaceful walk through the farm’s fields, vineyards, olive groves, orchards, and stables as you learn all about the agriculture and the processes behind their truly Tuscan products. Following the tour, you will be welcomed to the farm’s panoramic terrace to have a glass of wine and homemade bread, olive oil, and a curated selection of their best cheeses.
